Documents Required for RRB ALP Application 2025

To ensure a smooth and error-free application for the RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) 2025 exam, have the following essential documents ready:

Required Documents for RRB ALP 2025 Application

  • 10th/12th Marksheet: You’ll need a scanned copy of your 10th or 12th mark sheet to prove your educational qualification and date of birth. Make sure it’s clear and properly formatted to avoid application rejection.
  • ITI/Diploma/Degree Certificate: As the RRB ALP exam requires technical qualifications, submit your ITI, Diploma, or Degree certificate from a recognized institution. This document should clearly show your trade, passing year, and institution name to verify your eligibility.
  • Aadhaar Card/PAN Card: An Aadhaar Card is mandatory for identity verification. If you don’t have one, you can use other government-approved ID proofs like a PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport. Ensure the details on your application match your chosen ID.
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC): If you’re applying under a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), upload a valid caste certificate issued by a competent government authority. It must be in the latest Government of India format; otherwise, you might lose out on reserved category benefits.
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable): Candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category need a valid disability certificate from a government-recognized medical board. This certificate must specify the type and percentage of your disability as per RRB guidelines to claim reservation.
  • Recent Passport Size Photograph: You’ll need a recent color passport-size photograph with a clear background and your face clearly visible. It should be in JPEG format and within the size limits specified by RRB. It’s best to use a photo taken within the last three months.

Having these documents prepared in advance will help you avoid any last-minute delays or issues during the application process.
